Loved the crew and the experience! Laughed the whole way along the road. When we slid into the water with ease, thanks to the great captain, we got a great tour of the lake. Would recommend and will be back for another round! Also stayed for the duck march in the morning. So cute!!

Unfortunately, our ride was canceled twice due to weather. That was beyond the control of duck tours. The reason for my three stars was the wait time to check in, even if you already purchased tickets online. I'm also disappointed at the price you charge little kids to play on the playground while they're waiting for the Duck, especially in our case when weather had us delayed. Basically the kids who couldn't afford the playground just cried until it was time to get on the Duck - leaving the rest of us innocent patrons to listen to it. The live ducks in the lobby is really cute. That was fun to look at for the first 15 minutes while we were trying to check in. The closer you get to check in time the more hectic it gets. You can feel people becoming stressed and irritated. I purchased my tickets through a third party vendor so I had to request my refund through the third party. I had no issues getting my refund. Thank you for that! I think the duck tour is a great alternative to spending a full day on the lake. We will try it again next time we go.

Great time on the Duck Boat Tour. Our tour guide Mike was very entertaining. Jokes, history, songs and recommendations. We even played a trivia game testing our music knowledge for lots of points. I've always wanted to ride the duck amphibious boats and had an outstanding experience. This was fun and relaxing for all ages.

We had such a fun and educational experience on the Branson Duck Tour! Not only was the ride itself exciting, but we also learned a lot about the town, including local shops and restaurants. If you’re visiting Branson for the first time, I definitely recommend doing this tour on your first day—it’s a great way to get familiar with the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, which made the experience even better. The facility was clean and well maintained, and our kids absolutely loved the indoor playground. As parents, we really appreciated being able to sit and relax while still having a clear view of the kids playing. The layout is very well thought out. Overall, it was a great experience for the whole family, and we would definitely recommend it!
