Excellent value and service
Everything was as advertised. Rooms were quite comfortable,breakfast was great!!!,pools were small but okay for relaxing or loosening up after sitting.Only issue was location. We stayed in Bldg 2. which is a fair distance to walk to the lobby if you wanted to personally talk to someone. The overall experience was great and the employees were all very friendly and helpful!!!.A great experience at a reasonable cost.

Inexpensive Hotel , great location
The hotel is located in a nice area, and it does offer breakfast. But you have to walk quite a bit to get to breakfast as there are 3 buildings on the property, and breakfast is only located in building 2. Each building requires you go outside to access the next building. The pools are only in 2 buildings. One was closed , leaving a good 1/4 mile walk or more to the only bldg offering a pool which was quite overcrowded due to the other pool being closed. Worst thing we had to do was to swap rooms due to the hot water was out in our building. (We were given that option after I was displeased with walking up the hill to another building to share shower accommodations with the other guests who also lost hot water in building 1.) The cleaning staff was friendly , the desk staff tried to accommodate the severe lack of planning for the holiday travelers. The hotel is very loud , ( poor insulation) and for the size of it, along with the business I'm sure they're getting, they need to invest in a smoother running hotel and bacon on their breakfast buffet! :)

Great Rooms!
the rooms here are spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. They have 2 pools, and Jacuzzi's.The staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast staff prepared some wonderful food. Housekeeping went out of their way to see that we had everything that we needed. Will definitely recommend staying there to anyone visiting Branson.

Best Rooms and Views in Town!!
Comfortable beds!! TWO indoor pools that are perfect, with Hot Tubs!! Hot breakfast that would only be better with bacon! Hotel staff can't be beat. Housekeeping brought towels almost immediately, breakfast staff voluntarily met your every need. Front desk staff asked only that if we party, we invited them!! I loved it!!

BEST VALUE
We stayed here for my daughters birthday. It was exactly what we were looking for. It wasn't the Hilton but neither was the price. We stayed in one of their themed rooms, the "Pirates of the Caribbean." My kids loved it. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! They have two indoor pools so if one was busy we would just go to the other. The free breakfast in the morning was more than we even expected too, all you can eat! We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone coming to Branson. Thank you bransonshowtickets.com for recommending it to us.

The room was fine but could have used some maintenance. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and furniture was scuffed up, etc. We only had one comforter to share between us and when we asked for another we got really scratchy blankets that felt like potato sacks. The tub faucet was loose and there was mold under the drain cap. Best bring your own bedding if you want to be comfortable. The mattress was good and the staff were friendly. There was a big hot breakfast buffet with just about everything you can think of. The hot water was hot and the AC was nice and cold. The hallway was extremely hot as AC was only in the rooms. It had its mix of good aspects and flaws.

I recently stayed at the Stone Castle for 1 night, the room was nice and clean. The balcony opened to walk out onto and had a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. The service here was great the gentleman that checked me in was very accomodating in making my error in reservation right. This hotel is very close to the strip of things in Branson, the parking lot was well lit and felt safe. I would absolutely stay at the Stone Castle again if I was in the area.

This place is great for kids! The building is a little aged and that would be my biggest complaint. They have 2 or 3 pools one for each building and the breakfast buffet that comes with it, was AMAZING 😍!! It was something they need to work on though because everyone was sitting everywhere and they needed someone to guide the people where to sit because I can see with today's world a fight break out over breakfast, they really need someone in there to seat people, that is my biggest complaint, but the location is wonderful there is an ice cream buffet right around the corner which was super good as well!!

I wish I could give this place 6 stars cause I would! It was truly a very amazing experience for me and my family here! After an entire day of driving cross two states to get here it was worth it! Too bad it was only for a single night but the stay convinced me that I really have to come back here and give it a week one day for another vacation! Room was more quality for the buck. Complete with jacuzzi and even lounge area it was truly a lodge fit for a king. On that note I love the whole medieval Europe castle aesthetic. Service staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plenty and got us full, rested on our way. Could not ask for more! Looking forward to returning one day for a repeat experience
