Excellent hotel to stay at if you plan to be in Branson for a night or more. Several attractions are located within walking distance outside of the hotel. If you prefer to relax in the hotel, then there’s plenty of amenities to enjoy inside. The check in process was easy and quick, also the hotel has very kind staff inside. I have to thank Jody for checking me and my family in and also for finding us a package deal of shows and attractions for a great price. This weekend has been our first time at this amazing hotel for my family and I and we love it.

The location was perfect and within minutes for every attraction and shopping centers. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were ok, nothing like they had been advertised for but other than that not bad. Better wifi and upgrade to smart televisions would increase the rating of the Resort. Restaurant on-site was closed Monday and Tuesday, but the local within minutes locations made up for that. Overall I give this a 4 star.

I enjoyed everything from the cabin to the location. The rooms were clean and spacious. We were five minutes from the strip and major attractions. I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion is to add lights outside. It can be very dark walking around at night.

The hotel was clean upon arrival. We received our hotel keys, unpacked our luggage and headed to our room. The beds were neatly made and the room seemed fairly clean. The shower appeared to have some mold in the corners. The rooms were slightly small but the bathroom was extremely small, you could hardly get in and out of it. The cleaning staff did a great job tidying up our room and ensuring that we had what we needed. The breakfast was awesome. The onsite starbucks was nice. and if you like a bar, there was a bar.

The rooms need a refresh as they are not in the best condition and were a bit dirty, especially the carpet. However, everything worked as it should, the beds were comfortable, and the pillows were great. The front desk staff was fantastic! They were very friendly and helpful, recommended the best shows to see when we inquired and very accommodating. The only negative experience was all the kids running everywhere unattended. There was a ball tournament and several teams were staying at the property. The adults seemed to all be in the bar drinking and left many young children unattended to swim alone. Not only dangerous, but it made it so many adult guests trying to enjoy the facilities left on numerous evenings. The pool and hot tub has adult only hours from 10pm to midnight, but we had to complain to the front desk to get them to enforce this. Overall it was a good experience, fair price, great breakfast buffet and we had a good stay. Hopefully room updates are in the near future.
